Dealfront is a B2B go-to-market platform used by sales and marketing teams to identify, prioritise, and engage with their ideal customers. We bring together firmographic data, intent signals, web activity, and enrichment capabilities to surface high-value accounts at just the right time.
Data is at the heart of everything we do - and we're doubling down. With recent investments in generative AI, our ambition is to build the smartest, most responsive company profiles in the market, and we’re now hiring a senior leader to own that mission.
We're looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to lead the next generation of our data intelligence and data enrichment products. This role involves managing and innovating with an expansive dataset, including over 40 million companies and 200 million contacts. This isn’t a traditional data plumbing role. It’s about reimagining what it means to understand a company at scale, in real time, and with context.
You’ll drive initiatives that enrich company profiles using structured and unstructured data, build systems that understand market signals before they become obvious, and introduce generative AI agents into our enrichment flows. These agents don’t just fill fields - they research, interpret, and synthesise web data to generate genuinely insightful company descriptions, classifications, and targeting criteria.
This is a role for a builder and a systems thinker. Someone who sees data as a product, and knows how to make it feel alive in the hands of a user.
You’ll lead a portfolio of initiatives that span enrichment, classification, and signal surfacing. Rather than listing tasks, here’s the kind of work you’ll be leading:
Requirements
We want someone who’s excited to work on foundational data problems and bring cutting-edge AI into production environments. You're comfortable talking about vector databases one moment and product onboarding flows the next.
