As a Senior Curriculum Designer / Developer, you'll be a key player in defining and creating innovative educational content and training programs, driving the delivery of LatticeFlow's cutting-edge solutions. We're looking for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about AI, enterprise solutions, and education.

Requirements

Your role at LatticeFlow AI

  • Curriculum Development: Lead the design and development of comprehensive training programs and materials, ensuring they align with LatticeFlow's strategic objectives and industry standards.
  • Educational Content Creation: Create engaging and interactive educational content, including online courses, workshops, and instructional materials, to empower customers and partners.
  • Instructional Design: Apply best practices in instructional design to develop effective learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, product teams, and stakeholders to gather insights and ensure the accuracy and relevance of educational content.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both virtually and in-person, to effectively disseminate knowledge and skills.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve content based on feedback and learning outcomes.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage technology and learning management systems to deliver, track, and enhance educational experiences.

    What you'll bring to our team?
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in curriculum design and development, preferably in a tech or AI-focused environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and educational technologies. Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Educational Skills: Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a learner-centric approach.
  • Desirables: Exposure to Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) applications and/or MLOps frameworks, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
