Windward, the leader in Maritime AI™, is seeking an experienced and highly creative senior content expert to join our growing marketing team in Tel Aviv (hybrid). This role is ideal for a candidate with an extensive background in B2B content creation. Experience within the maritime or global supply chain ecosystems is a major plus.

The successful candidate will be a strategic and innovative thinker who excels at crafting compelling narratives across multiple formats, such as eBooks, white papers, web pages, case studies, brochures, and video scripts. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate with the Product Marketing and Brand teams.

This is a fast-paced role that requires tracking and quickly adapting to breaking news stories.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Content creation: independently develop high-quality B2B content that generates leads and strengthens our brand
• Analytical approach: analyze content performance to measure engagement and refine future strategies
• Project management: maintain an organized and methodical approach to content planning, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Generative AI integration: leverage AI-driven content tools to optimize workflows and scale content production effectively

Requirements

• Native English speaker with exceptional writing and editing skills, including copy
• 5+ years of experience in B2B content creation 
• Proven ability to craft engaging, thought-provoking, and high-converting content across formats
• Strong understanding of content marketing strategy and audience engagement
• Team player that can closely coordinate with Product Marketing to translate complex product offerings into engaging narratives and with the Brand team to ensure consistent messaging
• The ability to receive and provide constructive criticism  
• Highly organized and methodical, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• A keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset to measure content performance and optimize accordingly. Must be proficient in Google Analytics 
• A fast learner who embraces generative AI for content creation
