Business Analyst:
Associate will support analysis of problems and related design tasks. More exploratory analysis or design, during the pre-initiation and/or initiation phases, or design work requiring specialist business or functional knowledge. The business analyst support will consist of activities in relation to the business requirements solution design, validation of solution, supporting UAT and change adoption for banking/Insurance programmes and / or projects, as follows:
In addition to specific expectation from business analyst, it is also expected that the associate is exposed to digital project managed in agile fashion (SAFe methodology) and has a good communication skill and exposed to requirement gathering, managing backlogs, generating business case & stakeholder mgt and support market adoption effort.
Project Manager:
Associate playing project manager role is expected to manage the specific project using SAFe methodology. The project management for projects or programmes will consist of activities in relation to planning and monitoring as follows:
We are looking for Functional Project Managers with strong PM skills and experience in managing banking or Insurance projects from digital transformation perspective.
~ Support all essential governance activities including working group & steering committee through documentation including meeting minutes and recording of agreed actions
~ Managed and driven end to end digital transformation projects as PM
~ Successfully execute the project to agreed schedule, budget, and scope. Should have experience on handling project financials.
~ Performs gate reviews and quality assurance reviews with all aspects of Organisation and business sponsors.
~ Develop objectives, phasing and content of the project to deliver on the business case benefits, budget and timescales
~ Experience working with Insurance or banking clients across other geographies
~ Support all essential governance activities including working group & steering committee through documentation including meeting minutes and recording of agreed actions.
~ Experience in Benefit tracking, Stakeholder mgmt., Resource mgmt., Project planning, business case development.
~ Planning support which will cover approach definition, work breakdown, sequencing and milestone definition
~ Estimation of resource effort and cost budgets. Tracking mitigating actions in relation to programme / project risks and issues
~ Identification of dependencies internal to the programme / project and externally to other projects and business areas
~ change management/implementation
~ outstanding communication skills - written and spoken
~ understanding of credit and lending
~ certifications in Six Sigma, Agile, testing would be an added advantage
