As a Clinical Data Science Lead you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
Program-level leadership role in support of the Data Management Leader (DML) by taking on clinical data management responsibilities.The CDM will perform complex scientific data review and works collaboratively with Physicians and Scientists.Ensures that clinical data management documents are reviewed accurately to facilitate appropriate quality, scientific content, organization, clarity, accuracy, format, and consistency at the program level. Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and the documentation matrix at the program level.Collaborates with the DML and the DM TA Head(s) to distribute work assignments and identify needed resources.Takes a leadership role to obtain, share, and develop best practices with internal and external partners. Leads others in developing and implementing process, system, and tool improvement initiatives within clinical data management
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in data management.Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field.Key Skills:Complex and scientific data review and strong leadership abilities.Expertise in safety and efficacy data.Strong attention to detail, enjoys reviewing data and uses their experience to dig into issuesTherapeutic Areas (TA): Focus on Oncology and or Cardiovascular & Metabolism.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools, J Review, EDC tools, IVRS, and eCRF design and protocol review.
