Summary:
As a Senior Client Executive focused on Azure and AI solutions at Argano, you will play a critical role in expanding our Microsoft business by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the SMB market. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Data, and AI technologies to drive digital transformation and deliver measurable outcomes. This role demands a combination of business acumen, technical curiosity, and a proven track record in cloud-based solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business sales and solution-based growth, with a focus on Azure and AI services in the SMB space
  • Identify, pursue, and close strategic sales opportunities across assigned accounts and territory
  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects
  • Develop client roadmaps in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s cloud and AI capabilities
  • Understand and articulate customer needs, aligning Argano’s solutions with their business goals
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Practice Leads, and Microsoft account teams to co-sell and accelerate deal velocity
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the business value of Azure and AI offerings
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging Microsoft technologies
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior sales team members as needed

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field required
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field preferred

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in Microsoft or cloud-based solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, ideally with Azure and AI workloads
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Copilot, OpenAI, Fabric, and other cloud-based services
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles and negotiating enterprise-level contracts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and consultative sales approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment
