We seek a Sr. Business Product Owner – Advanced AI Analytics, to lead the strategic development of an analytics-driven smart service toolchain. This role combines business acumen with expertise in traditional and cognitive data analytics. The Sr. Business Product Owner defines and executes the product roadmap, ensuring maximum value from cutting-edge analytics of connected equipment data, and leveraging ML and GenAI for deeper insights and automated support workflows.
Your key Responsibilities
You will define and execute the product vision and roadmap ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives. You will act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders, translating expected business value into requirements and advanced technical concepts to deliver smart, impactful service solutions.
You will prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring timely delivery of high-value features in combination with suitable business success metrics.
You will engage with data scientists and product support experts to develop net-added value algorithms and workflows
You will identify and realize synergies along the service intelligence toolchain: Combine case data and instrument data, infuse our real-time AI/RAG powered service knowledge assistant, facilitate other service AI agents and end-to-end process automation - to build seamless and proactive (self) service journeys.
You will stay at the forefront of emerging analytics and AI technologies to drive innovation in smart service solutions & advocate for data-driven decision-making and intelligent process automation across the organization.
We seek a results-driven professional with a strong business orientation complemented by deep expertise in computational intelligence. The ideal candidate should excel at leveraging cognitive technologies to uncover data-driven insights and optimize end-to-end business processes.
You have proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager, AI Consultant, or Data Analytics Lead preferably in a high-tech, engineering, or service-oriented business. You are well versed in defining and executing high-end digital product strategies, including use case discovery and stakeholder alignment. Capability to grasp business challenges and leverage cutting-edge technology to address them.
The position requires a strong understanding of big data analytics, machine learning, and generative AI technologies, with the ability to assess their applicability to service intelligence. Understand complexity drivers in analytics and AI implementations, e.g. data bottlenecks or technology limitations. Familiarity with knowledge management, NLP-based search, and AI-driven content generation is a strong plus.
You have excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to persuade and influence diverse stakeholder groups while confidently engaging with senior management.
You have experience in agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional team leadership
You hold a Master’s degree in STEM or Economics / Business Administration, or equivalent experience, exhibiting excellence and fluidity on the intersection of business and technology.
