As a Senior Business Development Associate in our Lahore office, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and positioning Atheneum as the go-to expert network for organizations worldwide.

This role is ideal for ambitious professionals with a passion for business development, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients across various industries and regions.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Use insights to tailor client pitches and demonstrate the value of Atheneum’s services.
  • Negotiate and close contracts effectively.
  • Partner with Client Services teams to ensure client needs are met seamlessly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
