Job Description & Summary

As a Senior Associate in our Cloud, Data & AI (CD&AI) practice, you will lead client engagements from strategy through execution, helping organizations unlock the full value of their data by leveraging cutting-edge technologies including cloud platforms and AI.

Your Impact

• Advise clients on data and cloud strategies, governance models, and foundational capabilities for digital transformation. 
• Design and deliver modern data solutions—such as MDM, data catalogs, and quality tools—that align with both enterprise architecture and compliance standards. 
• Develop scalable Target Operating Models and data ownership frameworks based on maturity assessments. 
• Drive end-to-end data transformations across major platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud – from vision to execution.
•  Integrate AI into data governance and quality to enable intelligent classification, metadata enrichment, and anomaly detection. 
• Contribute business development, shape go-to-market strategies and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.  

Your SkillSet

• University degree in business, IT, engineering, digital disciplines, or a comparable qualification 

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting or large-scale transformation programs, with involvement across strategy-to-execution in cloud, data, and AI 

• Strong expertise in data management (e.g., data governance, MDM, data quality) and practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake; familiarity with tools like CluedIn, Reltio, Collibra, and Informatica 

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; a proactive mindset with a client-focused approach 

• Fluency in German (mandatory) and English, both written and spoken
