Senior AI Manager (Development Leader)

What You'll Be Doing

This is a delivery leadership role with deep technical roots. You’ll be the engine behind our engineering teams—guiding architecture, managing people, and ensuring the work gets delivered at quality and pace.

• Lead and grow a high-performing development team (onshore and offshore), ensuring engineering standards and delivery discipline
• Take ownership of solution delivery across AI, automation, and internal tooling projects
• Architect and evolve our cloud-based infrastructure (mostly Azure), including DevOps pipelines and internal frameworks
• Drive consistent execution—from sprint planning and team workflows through to post-deployment QA and scalability
• Work cross-functionally with AI consultants, delivery leads, and client stakeholders to shape technical direction and unblock teams
• Support early-stage prototyping and POCs to help validate AI concepts in-market
• Continuously improve delivery playbooks, frameworks, and team processes as we scale

What You Bring

• Strong technical background in software engineering, system architecture, or DevOps
• Experience building and leading teams that ship production-grade platforms or products
• Comfort working across AI tools and LLMs (we don’t expect you to be a data scientist, but experience delivering AI features or building around them is a plus)
• Hands-on with cloud infra (Azure preferred), CI/CD, and internal tool development
• You know how to translate complexity into structure and keep projects moving
• Confident managing multiple workstreams and delivery paths
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments where you’ll wear many hats
