Build the Future of Logistics with Generative AI
We’re a global logistics leader transforming how goods move across the world — and we believe Generative AI will redefine everything from planning to customer experience.
We’re building a brand-new AI Engineering team in Shanghai to work on cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM systems. If you're a software engineer who’s excited by open-ended challenges, fluent in English, and eager to shape the future with AI — we want you on the team.
You won’t be tweaking models in notebooks. You’ll be building real products, AI-enabled tools, and large-scale systems that change how global logistics operates every day.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and ship LLM-powered tools, agents and assistants for real-world users.
- Build scalable and secure backend systems and APIs around LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify AI automation opportunities.
- Integrate LLM-based solutions and other AI technologies into complex logistics systems and enterprise workflows
- Build and maintain AI pipelines, including data collection, preprocessing, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop customized AI tools and interfaces to enable non-technical users to leverage AI capabilities.
- Ensure AI systems comply with data privacy and security regulations.
- Explore and implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation strategies.
- Continuously monitor AI workflow performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with global teams across product, infrastructure, and data engineering.
- Contribute to technical direction, architecture decisions, and team culture.

We hire for mindset and potential, but this role is for engineers who love to build.
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Bachelor’s or higher)
- 5+ years' software development experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML, using Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

- Proven track record building and deploying production systems (e.g. MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong in backend/API development, familiar with best practices in designing scalable, monitored AI services
- Comfortable leading architecture decisions and mentoring engineers
- Fluent in English; experienced working with global, cross-timezone teams
- Based in Shanghai (hybrid work, 2–3 days/week in office)
- Bonus: Experience applying AI in the supply chain or logistics sector
What We Offer
- Competitive salary + bonus, aligned with your experience
- Work directly on applied GenAI systems with real-world users
