We are a small and collaborative team of engineers, data scientists and product managers with big dreams. What you’ll be doing

In this role you will be part of the team of talented engineers building the intelligent system. If the below excite you - this is the role for you!

• Contribute to the overall architectural direction of the system
• Participate in defining the backend AI strategy. Which includes but not limited to:
  • Choosing the right tools for the job (data storage, foundation models, RAG techniques)
  • Collaborating with other engineers to define the architecture of the system (agents, tools and communication patterns)
  • Defining the framework of validation and evaluation of the AI system performance
• Designing the interface between the AI core system and the product code to enable product engineers interact with it in the most efficient and robust way.
• Advocate for engineering best practices

Who you are: skills and experience

We’re looking for strong backend engineers preferably with experience using LLM models in production. But more importantly we’re looking for experienced backend-oriented engineer with the skills like:

• 6+ years of engineering experience - strong back end in Python and its ecosystem.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up with a team of talented engineers and product managers.
• Experience and knowledge base around conversational patterns and techniques used in communication with LLMs.
• Ideally you previously delivered RAG-based and agents-based solutions in a product environment.
• Natural curiosity in ongoing trends in AI-domain and thinking how they can be applied to your ongoing work.
• Pragmatic and self-driven. Knows when to ask for help and when to push forward.
