Justt, a pioneer in smart technology and chargeback resolution for merchants, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. Our proprietary AI technology is designed to efficiently handle payment disputes, ensuring merchants can focus on business growth rather than navigating complex chargeback issues. As a Senior Account Executive at Justt, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, contributing directly to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Account Executive you will:
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospects in assigned verticals, geographies, and/or market segments, aiming to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and research new sales targets, actively participating in maintaining and increasing our revenue stream.
- Assist key clients in onboarding with Justt’s customer success team and promptly address inbound customer requests via phone and online channels.
- Formulate and execute a long-term success strategy, building and managing your own book of business.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, expand existing ones, and enhance opportunities through various prospecting and engagement methods.
- Collaborate with internal Justt teams, providing technical expertise and support, and engaging in client interactions, including C-level engagements for more complex solutions.
- Attend key trade shows and industry networking events as required by the Commercial Sales Team at Justt.
- Identify, generate, propose, and close sales opportunities for Justt’s products and services through various channels.
- Work towards both individual and team sales goals, consistently achieving quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to identify and research relevant sales targets, verticals, and customer segments.
- Understand customer needs and chargeback flows to gather information, generate interest, and onboard successful customers.
- Share best practices with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

The position is Hybrid in London (Camden area) with three days per week in the office.
**Justt provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The starting range of (base) pay for this role is 60-100K GBP.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling SAAS Fintech Payments B2B products to mid-market/enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated success in selling products with an Average Selling Price (ASP) above $50K.
- Strong technology acumen and attention to detail, with a balanced approach between art and science.
- Experience working in a fast-growing technology startup as a salesperson.
- Proven experience working with channel partners.
- Industry experience in one or more of the following: PSPs and Acquirers, Anti-fraud solutions, Verify and Ethoca solutions, BNPL side of payments.
- Nature: Hunter mentality, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with hands-on tasks, and experienced in startup/fast-growing company environments.
- Team player with global experience; experience working with Israeli culture is an advantage.
- Overachiever with a results-driven mindset.
