Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find, fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. What You’ll Do
The Senior Account Executive (GSI) - N America, will play a lead role in accelerating Horizon3’s revenues through Global System Integrators (GSI). The responsibility will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with targeted GSI accounts to drive sales growth within a designated territory as: Deloitte, EY, Kyndryl, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and others.
Lead and manage strategic partnerships with GSI and Global MSSP partners
Lead “sell to” and “sell through” motions with Global System Integrators (GSI)
Collaborate with GSI partners to develop and roll out new cybersecurity services built around Horizon3 NodeZero.
Develop and execute a strategic joint business plan that drives all aspects of the partner relationship including: executive interlocks, business development, enablement, onboarding, certification plans, marketing, and solution development
Establish cadence for and lead monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with GSI partner
Build & strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at all levels in the GSI partner organization
Meet revenue and profitability goals by generating new business opportunities.
Develop and execute a comprehensive joint business plan and sales strategy with GSI partners.
Provide accurate forecasts and maintain detailed sales tracking and planning.
Foster strong relationships with engineering and marketing teams to identify and resolve product-related issues, including quality, delivery, and design concerns.
Maintain a high level of activity to meet sales quotas and ensure pipelines are built to meet quarterly sales goals.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of proven success in cybersecurity technology sales
5+ years of experience selling to or through GSIs.
Deep knowledge and relationships with strategic N America GSIs.
Fluent in GSI partner business and operating models as well as enterprise technology sales cycles, processes and best practices
Skilled in developing partner business strategy, business plans and the ability to measure success against key performance indicators and overall return on investment
Experience selling to executive-level decision-makers with expertise in managing executive level channel relationships.
A history of consistently meeting quotas and utilizing solution-selling or target-account-selling techniques.
Ability to grasp complex technical challenges in the Networking and Security space from a business perspective.
Strong sales and relationship-building capabilities with a successful track record in negotiating and closing deals within the designated territory.
Proficient in presenting technical solutions and business concepts clearly through demonstrations and proposals.
Self-driven, capable of problem-solving and operating with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
Seeking individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
Travel Required
We are a fully remote company and this job may require up to 50% of travel to be successful.

Our compensation structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles, levels, and locations.
In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
Base salary range: $250,000 - $300,000 OTE 70/30 split annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
