Your mission

  • Develop self-supervised AI models for UAV detection and classification without requiring large-scale annotated datasets
  • Implement contrastive learning, clustering, and generative AI techniques to enable autonomous feature extraction from raw sensor data
  • Optimize zero-shot and few-shot learning algorithms for real-time UAV identification in unknown environments
  • Work with multi-modal sensor fusion (Radar, EO/IR, RF, Lidar, Acoustic) to train AI models across diverse data sources
  • Design unsupervised and semi-supervised AI architectures for anomaly detection, object segmentation, and behavior prediction
  • Develop self-learning UAV recognition models that continuously improve through reinforcement learning and real-world adaptation
  • Conduct HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) testing for real-world UAV detection validation
  • Ensure compliance with defense AI regulations (MIL-STD, ITAR, NATO STANAGs, AI ethics in warfare)

Your profile

  • 5+ years experience in self-supervised learning, deep learning, or AI-based anomaly detection
  • Expertise in contrastive learning (SimCLR, MoCo, BYOL), autoencoders, and transformer-based models (DINO, MAE, CLIP)
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, JAX, or Hugging Face frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of multi-modal data fusion and real-time AI inference on edge computing hardware (Jetson, TPU, FPGA)
  • Experience with graph-based learning, reinforcement learning, and real-time clustering methods
Nice to have
  • Experience in UAV detection for defense, security, or aerospace applications
  • Background in neuromorphic AI and biologically inspired learning models
  • Knowledge of federated learning and distributed AI training for UAV swarms
