We’re seeking an experienced MLOps/Backend Engineer to:
Build, deploy, and maintain platform services for AI-powered SaaS products that address complex customer needs.
Work closely with the founding team to develop core services and integrate ML models into the product.
Collaborate with ML teams to deploy custom-trained or off-the-shelf LLM models, such as those from OpenAI.
Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Manage relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.
Optimize and maintain deployment pipelines, leveraging tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

What You'll Need:
5+ years of backend or full stack engineering experience, working as a senior/lead member of the team
2+ years of the experience should be working with a team on projects that involve ML projects
Experience deploying and integrating ML models into SaaS products, including off-the-shelf LLMs or custom-trained models.
Strong expertise in Pythons.
Proficiency in deploying and managing applications using Docker and related tools.
