As our Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our growing sales organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be instrumental in managing our HubSpot CRM, streamlining workflows, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do:

  • HubSpot CRM Management:

    • Serve as the primary administrator for our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and optimal configuration.

    • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide actionable insights into sales performance.

    • Manage user access, permissions, and training within HubSpot.

    • Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and implement solutions to improve user experience.

    • Stay up-to-date on HubSpot best practices and new features to maximize its capabilities.

  • Sales Process Optimization:

    • Analyze existing sales processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

    • Develop and implement streamlined workflows for lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

    • Document sales processes and create training materials for the sales team.

    • Collaborate with the COO and sales leadership to define and implement sales strategies and initiatives.

  • Sales Reporting & Analytics:

    • Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into sales performance.

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models in collaboration with the COO.

    • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to the COO and sales leadership team.

  • Sales Enablement Support:

    • Assist in the development and maintenance of sales enablement materials, including presentations, templates, and resources.

    • Support the onboarding process for new sales team members.

    • Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity.

  • Collaboration with COO:

    • Work closely with the COO to understand strategic priorities and align sales operations initiatives accordingly.

    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales operations activities and performance to the COO.

    • Support the COO with various sales-related projects and initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role.  

  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM (HubSpot certifications are a strong plus).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.  

  • Ability to develop and implement efficient processes and workflows.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).  

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company.

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.

  • Experience with other sales and marketing technologies.

Wordly caters to numerous customers around the world which include local organizations and businesses; government entities; Fortune 500 companies; and much, much more. While this is a fully remote position, office space in Los Altos, California is available for San Francisco Bay Area residents that wish to utilize it.
