What will your role look like? 

 

As a Sales Operations Specialist you will support the Sales & Marketing teams by leading lead generation efforts, conducting market research, assisting in sales support activities, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build and grow the company’s Sales operations tools and processes. 

 

Your key responsibilities: 

 

  • Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, emailing, and networking. 
  • Maintain and update a database of leads regularly to ensure accurate and current information. 
  • Plan and launch targeted email campaigns in coordination with Marketing and leadership.  
  • Assist senior executives with preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports. 
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate sales activities to facilitate smooth operations. 
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and provide detailed product information to enhance customer satisfaction. 
  • Manage sales documentation and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
  • Record all sales activities in the CRM system to maintain organized and up-to-date records and present regular data reports to the team to inform their strategy 
  • Gather and analyze information on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. 
  • Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to help refine strategies and improve performance. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to communicate effectively with customers. 
  • Highlight features and benefits of products to potential customers, supporting sales efforts. 


Requirements

Must-have skills:  
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. 
  • Previous experience in the SaaS business and B2B services 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Good understanding of sales principles and techniques. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing sales environments. 
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

 

And some nice-to-haves… 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Experience working in remote and cloud-based environments with autonomy and self-accountability. 
  • A lifelong learning attitude.
