Job Description

We’re looking for an analytical, proactive and detailed-oriented Sales Operations Analyst dedicated to enhancing sales performance through data-driven insights and process improvements. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to optimise workflows, manage CRM data integrity, and build targeted prospecting lists while supporting forecasting and pipeline management. Your efforts will be key to elevating conversion rates, ensuring data quality, and driving overall revenue growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, with a focus on conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel.
    • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prospecting & List Building:
    • Develop and maintain high-quality prospecting lists for SDR outreach.
    • Utilise various tools and databases to identify potential customers that align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Process Optimisation:
    • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the sales process and recommend improvements.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline workflows, improve Hubspot usage, and ensure data accuracy.
  • CRM & Tool Management:
    • Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and integrity of our Hubspot data.
    • Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools and technologies, offering training and troubleshooting as needed.
    • Create and standardise processes to encourage tools usage.
    • Monitor user activity and data entry to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management:
    • Assist in sales forecasting by providing data-driven insights and trend analysis.
    • Track pipeline metrics and work with sales leadership to identify potential gaps or opportunities.
  • Data Hygiene & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure accurate, clean, and consistent data in Hubspot and across other tools. 
    • Regularly audit and enrich databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Identify, collate and manage a database of high-performing email sequences, cold-calling scripts, and scenario snippets.
    • Manage content repository and make it easy to see which content performs better.
    • Develop a new lead scoring that would be best aligned with the Voyc sales process. 
  • Ad Hoc Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Lead or participate in special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.
    • Prepare and present data-driven insights in meetings with stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Number of New Contacts Added to CRM
  2. Cold Call Connect/Answer Rate
  3. Percentage of Hubspot Companies with Required Fields Completed
  4. Conversion Rate (SQL Scheduled->Customer)
  5. Sales Cycle Length (Last 60 Days)

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years in a sales operations, revenue operations, or data analytics role, preferably in a SaaS and/or startup environment.
    • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong analytical skills with a knack for data interpretation and visualisation.
    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills.
    • Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
