Role Overview

As our first Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives. You’ll play a key role in defining our sales strategy, hiring top talent, and implementing scalable sales processes to accelerate growth. If you have at least 2 years of experience managing enterprise sales teams in a high-growth environment and a passion for building from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Coach and mentor AEs to improve sales performance, pipeline generation, pipeline management, and deal execution.
  • Own and optimize the enterprise sales process, implementing proven sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Drive strong pipeline generation culture, establishing an outbound org that is best in class using both Actively and other forward looking technologies.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to acquire top Enterprise prospects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive pipeline velocity.
  • Analyze key sales metrics, forecast accurately, and continuously refine the sales playbook based on performance data.
  • Lead by example, participating in high-value enterprise deals and strategic negotiations.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience managing Enterprise AE teams in a high-growth startup or scaling environment, with at least 4 years of management experience
  • 8+ years of overall sales experience, including 4 years of selling into the Enterprise segment
  • Proven success hiring, coaching, and developing enterprise sales talent.
  • Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and pipeline management.
  • Strong ability to execute in a fast-paced, startup environment with limited resources.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving high-performing teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
