Sales Engineer:

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through proof-of-concept to close, serving as the technical lead throughout the process.

  • Lead tailored product demos and technical evaluations, translating customer infrastructure and operational challenges into actionable solutions using Resolve AI’s platform.

  • Build trusted relationships with engineering and executive stakeholders, acting as a consultative advisor and ensuring technical success during pilots and early deployments.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, influence roadmap decisions, and improve technical messaging.

  • Develop and maintain reusable demo environments, playbooks, and sales engineering tools to support a repeatable, scalable GTM motion.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in enterprise SaaS, DevOps, or AI.

  • Proven success managing long, consultative sales cycles with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

  • Experienced with cloud platforms (especially AWS) and Kubernetes, with a strong understanding of databases and messaging systems for secure, scalable cloud-native applications

  • Skilled in infrastructure automation and applying security and compliance best practices in cloud-native environments.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to clearly present technical concepts to both technical teams and executive leadership.

  • Adaptable, self-starter mindset with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
