Turing AI is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to enhance and elevate the experience of our existing and potential customers. This role involves providing pre- and post-sales engineering support, acting as a trusted advisor, and designing impactful technical solutions. Responsibilities:
Serve as the trusted technical advisor for key customer stakeholders, including CTOs, CISOs, IT Executives/Managers, Security Engineers, Network Engineers, and Heads of Physical Security.
Leverage your technical expertise to understand and address customer requirements and concerns effectively.
Partner with the Sales team to assess and qualify customer opportunities, contributing to the design of tailored technical solutions.
Lead engaging product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Conduct technical training seminars, both in person and remotely.
Collaborate closely with departments such as Product, Support, Marketing, and others to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information and Computer Technology, Cybersecurity, Networking, IT Security, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to present complex information effectively.
Demonstrated account management skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Experience with IT infrastructure, Linux operating systems, APIs, Python, and other programming languages is preferred.
Relevant industry certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA, or AWS Solutions Architect are a plus.
Willingness to travel within the state is required.
Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
