Vectra is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) team.  Reporting to the GTM Director of Finance, this role will partner closely with the Sales and Business Operations organizations to design, implement, and process effective, accurate, and timely sales compensation plans. We are looking for a hands-on contributor who is highly quantitative and analytical to manage the full lifecycle of sales compensation: from accurately calculating and distributing commission plans to maintaining systems and ensuring compliance. You handle reporting, respond to inquiries, audit data for accuracy, and collaborate with teams to improve processes. You also support leadership with insights and help design plans that align with business goals. Responsibilities 

  • Manage timely and accurate commission calculations and payouts 
  • Communicate compensation details and handle inquiries or escalations 
  • Maintain and administer the CaptivateIQ commissions system 
  • Support monthly commission processing and ensure payment accuracy 
  • Ensure commission plans are calculated, communicated, and executed correctly 
  • Maintain internal documentation and support plan development 
  • Track sales performance and analyze trends 
  • Conduct audits to ensure data and commission integrity 
  • Investigate and resolve compensation discrepancies 
  • Review and reconcile commission reports for accuracy 
  • Collaborate with sales ops and cross-functional teams to resolve issues 
  • Continuously improving compensation processes and system efficiency 
  • Partner with leadership to design effective compensation plans 
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc compensation reports and dashboards 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of equivalent experience in commissions and sales reporting 
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, Salesforce.com and commission software experience strongly recommended.  CaptivateIQ experience a plus. 
  • Firm grasp of the commission administrative process flow, including plan document distribution; transaction crediting; incentive calculations; payment file preparation; and issue resolution. 
  • Excellent organization and communication skills to be able to interact with various levels of employees with a strong customer service ethic. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
