We’re seeking an exceptional, AI-savvy Sales Analyst to be a key driver of our sales success. You’ll take ownership of turning complex sales interactions into clear, actionable data that supports confident, data-driven decisions.
You’ll play a key role in enabling and streamlining sales processes—capturing essential information from calls, drafting tailored follow-ups, and preparing clear pre-call briefs to keep the team focused and aligned. You’ll use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Attention.com, Lindy.ai or Kendra to accelerate these workflows by summarizing conversations, organizing insights, and reducing manual work. You’ll also help monitor the pipeline, identify why deals go cold, and ensure priorities and action items stay on track throughout the sales cycle.

Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Attention.com, Lindy.ai or Amazon Kendra to analyze sales calls and extract structured insights
Automate CRM (HubSpot) updates by turning unstructured conversations into organized data
Identify key themes, blockers, requested features, and follow-up items to guide the sales process
Collect, categorize, and quantify prospect feedback—especially around feature requests and product pain points.
Sales Data & Pipeline Insights
Analyze sales funnel performance (e.g., lead conversion, pipeline velocity, deal size) to identify drop-offs, surface trends, and improve conversion
Use CRM exports (e.g., HubSpot) or spreadsheets to run reporting, segmentation, and win/loss analysis
Identify patterns in why deals are won or lost and provide actionable insights to improve win rates.
Monitor CRM health and suggest improvements in data tracking, hygiene, or structure
Build and maintain dashboards that help Sales prioritize high-intent leads and target effectively
Segment accounts based on product usage or behavior signals to tailor outreach strategies
Collaborate on outbound B2B campaign experiments and analyze their impact on revenue
Sales Process Enablement
Act as the operational glue across long sales cycles—tracking action items and priorities, and maintaining organized records of insights, notes, and context to support alignment and follow-through.
Draft personalized follow-up emails based on each prospect’s context and deal stage
Write pre-call summaries that highlight past interactions, open items, and upcoming discussion points
Ensure all communication is sharp, relevant, and aligned with each prospect’s needs
Ensure timely, high-quality follow-ups happen and help keep both internal and external stakeholders aligned
2-4 years of experience in sales processes, operations, or analytics in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to extract insights, summarize information, and support business decision-making
Proficiency navigating Hubspot features and automation (or salesforce)
Proficiency in any drip campaign software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational habits with the ability to manage follow-ups, context, and internal alignment across long sales cycles
Experience analyzing sales or pipeline data in spreadsheets to generate insights and spot patterns
Experience with BI/visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Ability to create custom reports or dashboards to support segmentation and outreach strategies
Experience creating light marketing content, such as social media posts or slide decks
Familiarity with outbound B2B sales campaigns, SaaS, or travel-tech environments
