Your mission

  • Develop RNC (Robust Network Control) models for optimizing UAV communication, navigation, and swarm coordination
  • Build real-time simulation models to test network resilience under electronic warfare (EW), jamming, and cyber threats
  • Design and implement mathematical and AI-driven models for network reliability, redundancy, and adaptive routing
  • Work with multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) and AI-based control systems to enhance UAV swarm intelligence
  • Optimize control algorithms for UAV path planning, traffic balancing, and fault tolerance
  • Integrate RNC models into UAV test environments (ROS2, Gazebo, AirSim, MATLAB Simulink)
  • Collaborate with network engineers, AI specialists, and embedded teams to improve UAV mission efficiency
  • Conduct real-world validation and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing for model accuracy

Your profile

  • 3+ years experience in network control modeling, autonomous systems, or real-time UAV simulation
  • Strong background in control theory, network optimization, and robust system design
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C++, or Julia for RNC model development
  • Experience with graph-based network modeling, probabilistic control, and AI-enhanced network management
  • Familiarity with SDN (Software-Defined Networking), UAV swarm communication protocols, and decentralized control
  • Understanding of fault-tolerant systems, electronic warfare countermeasures, and cyber-resilient networks
Nice to have
  • Experience in military UAV swarm control, MANET/FANET modeling, and distributed AI optimization
  • Background in network security, AI-driven adversarial testing, and self-healing networks
  • Knowledge of 5G/6G, LoRa, mesh networking, and hybrid communication architectures
