Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to compliance standards and policies by employees within Atheneum Partners.
  • Support the development of compliance standards and policies.
  • Review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with internal guidance and approval procedures for pricing and terms.
  • Engage directly with clients and vendors to review and adjust contract terms as necessary.
  • Deliver training sessions to international teams on compliance standards and associated standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct specific compliance monitoring activities and ad-hoc checks.
  • Take part in investigations of compliance incidents and internal disciplinary hearings.
  • Provide support in addressing daily compliance-related inquiries within the company.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business, or Economics.
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal operations is preferred.
  • Experience with contract management, ISO certification, business process setup, or obtaining permission papers from state authorities is advantageous.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently, depending on task requirements and company needs.
  • Results-oriented approach with the capability to independently find solutions for job-related matters.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
