Responsibilities:
Build and optimize end-to-end revenue operations — across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Design and implement reporting dashboards, forecasting models, and performance metrics.
Own CRM hygiene and automation along with workflows handling (HubSpot).
Align cross-functional teams on pipeline visibility, deal stages, and conversion goals.
Identify gaps in the funnel and unlock opportunities for revenue acceleration.
Partner with founders, AEs, and marketers to drive GTM efficiency.
Qualifications:
2–5 years in RevOps, SalesOps (startup/SaaS experience preferred).
Strong experience in CRM management, sales automation tools, and dashboarding.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to move fast and simplify complexity.
Comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker + execution doer (you roll up your sleeves when needed).
