The Opportunity

FactSet seeks a visionary Responsible AI Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our Responsible AI vision and strategy. You'll bring your deep understanding of the financial industry, the capabilities of machine learning, and a keen eye for identifying transformative business opportunities. In this collaborative environment, you'll work closely with our world-class Machine Learning team and key stakeholders across the business. Your insights and expertise will directly influence our product roadmap, enabling us to deliver solutions that empower our clients to make better, data-informed decisions while championing Responsible AI principles.

What You'll Do

  • Bring your multifaceted experience to FactSet as we are looking with someone that will think about the ethical side of AI, while still have some product and tech knowledge in AI.
  • You will run the Responsible AI (RAI) initiative kicking off in FactSet and support a wide array of stakeholders.
  • You will design and refine workflows to ensure adherence to RAI principles, establishing and promoting best practices.
  • You will create, run and maintain assessments and other artifacts to determine GenAI product readiness and identify potential ethical concerns before we launch products to market.
  • You will collaborate with development teams to evaluate when and what mitigation techniques to implement.
  • You will train the other RAI stewards, provide guidance and training to the various business units.
  • Create, own, update and execute on the RAI plan and roadmap.
  • As the role enters an established phase and products teams are more aware, you may take on other initiatives around experimentation with the latest AI products in market.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

  • Experience working with LLM and Machine Learning as you will have to understand the inner workings, limitations, and potential biases, as well as the points of intervention for mitigation.
  • 3+ years of experience, 1+ year in GenAI projects
  • Awareness of the legislative landscape and regulations related to AI and data privacy.

Desired Skills

  • Demonstrable projects in RAI
  • Data Science, Technical Product Manager or Engineering background
  • Python
