Overview

Management role on PI’s Intelligent Automation team with an applied focus on the assessment and roll-out of AI models to support plant posting workflows driving title automation capabilities.• Build and lead a team focused on AI Testing and Implementation for plant postings across the enterprise including existing plant maintenance and new plant construction.• Make recommendations for roll-out and implementation strategies across PI and the various models.• Manage and prioritize back-log requests related to each model and service provider.

Duties

• Assess field level performance for each model to determine if/when a field qualifies for No-Toucho Work with Vendor(s) to troubleshoot/enhance as appropriate.o Provide feedback loop across vendors and other stakeholders.o Determine confidence score min for each field/model to determine when field qualifies for no touch.

• Identify ways to improve reliability and accuracy of Confidence Scoreso Ways to leverage metadata.o Cross-Reference Files and Other Validations.

• Categorize Fields into “Value Buckets” and Incorporate Logical Business Rules to Drive Workflow for each Data Elemento Ex:  Maturity Date should never be touched by a human and okay to not process if it does not exceed a certain confidence score.o Ex:   Does a Grantor/Grantee Name need to be reviewed for a Property Posted document such as a Mortgage?o Ex:  Legal data elements should have a higher confidence score requirement vs. Dated Date

Education

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience

• 5+ years title production experience.• Strong technical acumen and analytical skills.• Able to execute on high-level objectives with minimal oversight.• Ability to strike a balance between being productive and providing high quality work vs. striving for perfection or 100% on every task.

• Experience with Public Record Data a Plus.• 2+ Years Management Experience.

Ensure AI/ML investments lead to appropriate ROI and guide company implementation roadmap and strategies:Develop and maintain scorecard system including but not limited to:o Hit Rate & Accuracy Rateso Confidence Scoreso Effectiveness of ML to improve AI capabilities over timeo Time savings vs. current process to account for expense reduction and ROIo Support rollout strategy and ensure testing mechanisms in place to monitor and validate expected performance.

Travel is needed up to 10% of the time.
