We are seeking an enthusiastic Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in mass hiring to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility of working in a hybrid environment, allowing you to balance office presence with remote work.

Drive Talent Acquisition in Your Region

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an integral role in managing and executing our talent acquisition strategies across your assigned region. You will leverage your skills to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process, supporting our goal to attract top-tier talent who will thrive in our company culture.

Your Responsibilities

Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

  • Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Review and Assess resumes against job requirements and criteria.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews

Sending Offers and Onboarding

  • Send job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 6 months of Mass Hiring experience is a MUST.
  • Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Customer Focus: A proactive approach to understanding and meeting client needs in the recruitment process.
  • Teamwork: Proven experience working collaboratively within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Experience: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • English Proficiency: Fluent in English, as it's essential for clear communication and documentation. preferably B2+/C1 English level.

Work Conditions:

  • Hybrid: 2 days onsite- 3 days from home.
  • Working hours: 12 PM - 9 PM / 4 PM - 1 AM (2 Fixed Shifts)
  • Working Days: Monday through Friday.
  • Location: Maadi
