We’re now looking for a Recruitment Coordination Intern who will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process and pipelines, sourcing candidates for open positions, and helping ensure smooth communication between recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates.

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
Arrange interview schedules, coordinate travel arrangements for candidates, and manage last-minute changes.
Track recruitment activities and maintain data accuracy in the ATS (Lever)
Assist in reporting on hiring metrics and recruitment progress
Coordinate job postings and documentation
Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels
Help with the organisation of different recruitment events
