About the position

Hailo is looking to hire a Recruitment Admin to join our HR team in Tel Aviv.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, will be a team player that is willing to go the extra mile with a “can-do” approach and excellent customer service skills.

This is a 6 months temporary position.

Responsibilities

  1. Schedule and coordinate remote & onsite interviews quickly and effectively.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure an excellent hiring process.
  3. Screening CVs from different recruiting channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Science.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Solid decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proactive and eager to develop and learn.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while demonstrating excellent time management abilities.
  • Flexibility, ability to quickly adapt and adjust priorities. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Communicate professionally and discretely with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
