We’re seeking a high-energy, experienced Full Lifecycle Recruiting Manager (Individual Contributor) to join the team at OfferFit! Our ideal candidate is passionate about sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and internal hiring teams.

In particular, you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring objectives.
  • Effectively manage multiple roles across technical and non-technical functions, adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to design and execute efficient, structured interview processes. Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams while adhering to established SLAs.
  • Support the offer process by extending and negotiating offers, aligning with company compensation frameworks and candidate expectations.
  • Craft compelling, brand-aligned job descriptions and post roles strategically across relevant platforms to attract top talent.
  • Utilize a range of sourcing tools and platforms—including LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (ATS), user groups, and professional communities—to identify, engage, and build relationships with high-quality candidates.
