ABOUT THE ROLE

The Talent Team is focused on partnering with every team at Freed to identify, attract, and close top talent. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for supporting all recruiting coordination across the company and assisting in sourcing for our high-priority roles. Our Talent Team operates at a fast pace ensuring our business partners and candidates have a phenomenal experience.

HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on executing key hires across Freed.

  • Schedule and coordinate remote interviews with candidates across the country.

  • Post and track jobs on our career site and external job boards. Manage the relationship with vendors.

  • Commit to providing the best candidate experience to all; acting as the first line of engagement with candidates, providing regular check-ins, setting clear expectations, and always communicating with empathy.

  • Contribute to improving our hiring process from the ground up.

  • Maintain data integrity ensuring candidates are properly tracked and compliant in our ATS (Ashby), pulling reports and data as needed.

  • Assist team with additional duties sourcing, screening, or other operational projects as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience (preferably some of which have been in high-growth environments).

  • Organization, you can quickly and comfortably navigate priorities and tasks.

  • You know how to effectively prioritize but are also adaptable and flexible- you are excited to work in an environment that is constantly evolving.

  • You are an excellent communicator, regardless of channel (written & verbal) or group of people (both internal and external).

  • Familiarity with application tracking system (we use Ashby).

  • You like to move quickly and are constantly looking for ways to automate processes and tasks.
