We're looking for a Go-to-Market Recruiter to help us build exceptional marketing, sales, and business development teams that will bring our groundbreaking AI technology to creators worldwide.
You should be hyper excited about AI and exceptionally curious; be a 1% able people-person and able to own a mission-critical workstream for Luma as a company.
What You'll Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment for all GTM roles including marketing, growth, business development and operations
Partner closely with GTM leadership to understand their hiring needs, team objectives, and the skills required to drive commercial success
Develop creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of exceptional GTM talent from tech, media, and creative industries
Create compelling job descriptions and outreach messaging that communicates Luma AI's unique position at the intersection of AI and creative technology
Design and implement an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our brand values and competitive positioning
Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, compensation trends, and candidate motivations
Track key recruiting metrics and continuously optimize hiring processes for effectiveness and candidate satisfaction
Represent Luma AI at industry events and build relationships with relevant talent communities
What We're Looking For
4+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring for marketing, sales, or business roles in tech companies
Experience recruiting for creative technology, AI/ML companies, or other innovative tech startups
Strong understanding of GTM functions and ability to evaluate candidates against the specific needs of a rapidly scaling startup
Excellent relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
Strategic thinking and ability to develop creative approaches to competitive talent markets
Data-driven approach to measuring and improving recruiting effectiveness
Outstanding communication skills and ability to represent Luma AI's mission and culture to candidates
Experience with modern ATS systems (Ashby preferred) and sourcing tools
