What we’re looking for

Join SurveyMonkey's global expansion! We're looking for an experienced Recruiter for technical and non-technical positions. Leverage your years of recruiting expertise to drive the entire hiring process and ensure a diverse, skilled workforce. 

This role will collaborate with our local team in the office at least 3 days a week and will report directly to the Director of Recruiting. Your ability to balance autonomy with collaboration is key to success.

What you’ll be working on

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions, both technical and non-technical.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand diverse hiring needs and provide strategic support.
  • Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and prioritize a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Guide the entire candidate process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiations. 
  • Manage interview logistics and communication with candidates and hiring teams across different time zones.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with external sourcing agencies as needed to strategically identify, engage, and acquire top-tier talent, fostering effective partnerships to meet recruitment goals.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven success in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse a plus), scheduling tools (GoodTime a plus), and sourcing tools. 
  • Experience partnering with diverse hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills for successful offer closures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric focus, prioritizing candidate satisfaction.
  • Ability to independently contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to communicate written and orally in English at the B2+ level 

This opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Heredia 3 days per week.
