We are seeking a resourceful, and exceptional Recruiter with extensive experience in sourcing and recruiting creative, administrative, and engineering roles. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and implementing recruitment strategies, establishing strong pipelines, and rapidly scaling our global talent pool. The Recruiter will have a start-up mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment ensuring that support is provided with speed and efficiency. From partnering closely with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and all the way to onboarding top talents, we’re looking for a recruiter who will represent SpreeAI with high-quality, professionalism and advocate our values. Responsibilities

  • Build out scalable and strategic talent pipelines to source for top talents for various roles including Product, Design, Machine Learning and AI, Engineering, Operations, etc.
  • Proactively identify and engage with top talents across various recruitment channels and platforms and utilize industry connections and networks (Linkedin, Workable ATS, college and industry specific career websites, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, align recruitment strategies and improve recruiting processes; foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Source, screen, provide prompt feedback, coordinate interviews, offer, negotiate, initiate background checks, and on-board candidates seamlessly and timely.
  • Organize candidate documents, onboarding documents, and onboarding processes.
  • Partner closely with IT to ensure the candidate is prepared for the first day of work.
  • Use data and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on recruiting progress on a weekly basis.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment. Proven track record of successfully recruiting high-profile talents and building strong talent pipelines. 

  • Experience with high-volume environments utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, or technical forums (Boolean, etc.)
  • Passion and vision for emerging media and fashion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or onsite team setting.
