About The Role
We are looking for a seasoned, fullcycle Recruiter to join our fast paced recruiting team. You will be a key player in finding and attracting exceptional talent who manifest our company’s spirit. Leverage your creativity and network to find individuals with unique perspectives and entrepreneurial drive and guide candidates through a smooth and engaging hiring process, showcasing the unique opportunities and exciting culture at Unified Vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies: Identify and utilize the most effective channels to source qualified candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, university recruiting)

• Drive Talent programs across Campus, Community and other engagements (invited talks, Tech talks, etc.)

• Utilize LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Gem to streamline the recruitment process.

• Assist with screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews.

• Keep hiring managers informed on the progress of open requisitions and the status of candidates via tracker or regular sync.

• Analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and leverage insights to continuously improve our hiring strategies and optimize our talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including proactively sourcing and building talent pipelines to support hiring objectives.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the recruiting process. 
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities.
• Driven by a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every aspect of the recruitment process, with a meticulous focus on accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work 5 days a week in our Bengaluru office with a fully in-person team.
