Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' interests, abilities, and needs to develop tailored therapeutic activities.
• Plan and lead recreational programs such as arts and crafts, music, games, physical activities, and community outings.
• Support residents in reaching their physical, cognitive, and emotional goals through engaging activities.
• Adapt interventions to meet individual needs, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with direct care staff and clinical teams to integrate therapy into residents' daily lives.
• Maintain thorough documentation of residents' progress and treatment plans.
