As a Quality Manager, you will establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations. This includes developing quality control procedures, conducting regular audits, and implementing corrective actions for non-conformities. You will also train staff on quality standards and work with other departments to integrate quality into all aspects of the manufacturing process. In addition, you will be responsible for hiring and training a dedicated quality team to uphold these standards Note: this role may involve substantial international travel.
What you'll do:

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Hire, train, and lead a dedicated quality assurance team.
Assist in setting up manufacturing facilities internationally
Required qualifications:
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Extensive knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO AS9100).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quality management software.
Excellent training and team leadership capabilities.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM).
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
