Description

ONE ZERO is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to join our team. This position entails developing and designing comprehensive tests, implementing these tests, identifying bugs, and outlining necessary corrective actions. Additionally, the role involves reviewing system requirements and monitoring key quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing plans leveraging comprehensive knowledge of complex system business logic
• Conduct testing and comparisons of LLM models 
• Perform data analysis using SQL on data and insights
• Conduct end-to-end (E2E) testing of services and LLM models with a holistic understanding of the entire system
• Analyze and debug logs and traces
• Running automation for regression and progression
• Investigate issues in production environments
•  Work with data warehouse architects, data scientists, and backend developers in developing and executing test scenarios
• Identify and track defects from discovery to resolution

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as QA engineer
• Proficient in SQL, including complex queries
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Logical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
