Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure our robotic systems meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. This position will focus on the critical aspects of field operations, regulatory requirements, and external system integrations, ensuring we deliver the best possible experience for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes to ensure customer success in field operations as well as compliance with regulatory requirements for robotic systems.
  • Design, execute, and maintain both internal and external test plans to validate and optimize robotic systems and their integration in real-world field conditions.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize bugs or issues discovered in the field, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Monitor quality standards across various operational phases, from development to deployment and maintenance of robotic systems.
  • Conduct regular audits of internal processes and outsourced operations to ensure quality expectations are consistently met.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and regulatory compliance teams to align testing strategies with business goals and industry standards.
  • Continuously improve testing processes to drive quality, efficiency, and scalability within the field operations of robotic systems.

What you must have

  • 3+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on robotics, field operations, or regulatory compliance.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance for autonomous systems, robotics, or related fields.
  • Experience developing and executing test plans, identifying issues, and working cross-functionally to resolve them.
  • Familiarity with field deployments of robotic systems, including outdoor environments and real-world operational conditions.
  • Strong understanding of hardware-software integration and how QA applies to real-world robotic systems.
  • Ability to conduct audits and ensure quality standards across various teams and external partners.

  • Experience with regulatory compliance and certifications for autonomous systems or robotics.
