Your role at LatticeFlow AI

As a QA Engineer on our team, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure high-quality standards when releasing deliverables.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to understand the product and define a test strategy.
• Automate the end-to-end testing of the critical components of the product.
• Exploratory testing of new features.
• Improve existing test infrastructure.
• Тesting of the critical components of the product.
• Automate API testing.

Requirements

What you'll bring to our team?

• Solid experience with software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
• Experience with browser automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright).
• Experience in working with SaaS and web-based products.
• Excellent at testing complex systems end-to-end.
• Ability to grasp and reason about a product within a difficult domain.

The following experience is considered a plus:

• Experience with AI/ML.
• Experience working with Python and pytest.
• Experience with performance and stress testing.

Soft Skills and Competencies:

• Strong motivation, drive, and a desire to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
