We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our Scoring & identity team, focusing on both automation and manual testing within a microservices environment. The role involves working closely with a team of QA professionals, including an automation specialist and manual testers, to ensure the quality of our integrations and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Balance efforts between automated and manual testing, ensuring thorough coverage of our microservices and API interactions;
  • Lead and execute integration tests, particularly where our services interact with other teams' systems, to identify and resolve issues at the intersection of these interactions;
  • Focus on API testing to ensure our services communicate effectively and meet all performance and reliability requirements.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation, helping to establish standardized testing processes and raise the overall competency level within the QA team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience as manual QA and at least 1 year of experience as Automation QA;
  • Good knowledge of testing and development processes;
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with testing in a microservices architecture;
  • Proficiency in automation tools, with a focus on testing integration points and APIs. Experience with Go or similar languages is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues in complex integration scenarios and proactively develop solutions;
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality products through rigorous testing practices.
