We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide weekly clinical supervision to PhD/PsyD-level Clinical Directors within the START Programs who are working toward licensure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), particularly in supporting individuals with co-occurring behavioral health needs, and experience delivering direct therapeutic services to this population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly clinical supervision to Clinical Directors and team leads.
  • Review and interpret psychological and other relevant assessment data.
  • Offer training and consultation on diagnostic and clinical issues to team members.
  • Deliver clinical consultation to external system partners.
  • Collaborate in Enhanced Clinical Reviews alongside the Medical Director.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings (approximately once or twice per month).
  • Be available on an as-needed basis for consultation, supervision, and support.
  • Contribute to the development and facilitation of Clinical Education Trainings (CETs), as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology.
  • Current licensure as a psychologist in the state of California (Board of Psychology).
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring behavioral health needs.
  • Proven experience providing direct therapeutic services to people with IDD.
