Your mission

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process for government and defense RFPs, RFIs, and tenders
• Develop high-quality, compliant, and competitive bid proposals for UAV and counter-drone systems
• Analyze public sector procurement requirements and align proposals with customer needs
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, legal, and finance teams to structure winning proposals
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, BAFA, NATO procurement policies, and defense regulations
• Monitor government contract opportunities, track procurement cycles, and maintain bid databases
• Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and risk assessments for large-scale projects
• Work with defense and government agencies to refine proposal strategies and address technical inquiries

Your profile

• 3+ years experience in proposal management, bid writing, or government contracting
• Strong knowledge of public procurement processes (DoD, NATO, FMS, EU Defense Tenders)
• Experience with complex defense, aerospace, or security contracts and RFPs
• Ability to write clear, persuasive, and technically precise proposals
• Familiarity with contract compliance, pricing structures, and risk mitigation in defense sales
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent bids and deadlines

• Background in defense, aerospace, or government procurement
• Experience with electronic procurement portals (SAM.gov, TED, eProcurement systems)
• Knowledge of classified project requirements and secure bid processes
