About the Role:

As Actively’s first Product Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between our customers, engineering team, and leadership. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end — from identifying user needs to launching features that deliver real results. This is a high-ownership, strategic role where you’ll help shape the future of our platform and directly impact Actively’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Define Strategy: Collaborate with our co-founders to refine the product vision and translate it into a clear, executable roadmap.
  • Drive Discovery: Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and goals — turning insight into action.
  • Prioritize Ruthlessly: Balance near-term feature requests with long-term product investments. Make tradeoffs based on customer value, effort, and impact.
  • Collaborate Deeply: Partner with engineering and customer success to scope, build, and deliver new functionality — acting as the central point for all product-related questions.
  • Ship with Excellence: Write product specs, define success metrics, oversee QA, and ensure new releases meet high standards.
  • Measure & Iterate: Use data to guide roadmap decisions, monitor adoption, and improve the product post-launch.
  • Support GTM: Work with sales and marketing to develop launch plans, messaging, and demos that clearly communicate value.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience in early-stage or fast-paced environments where you’ve worn multiple hats.
  • A strong technical background — you’re comfortable working with engineers and shaping how AI-powered features get built.
  • Ability to distill complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions.
  • Deep empathy for users, especially revenue teams (SDRs, AEs, RevOps, etc.).
  • Proven track record of shipping successful products or features.
  • Familiarity with product tools (Linear, Jira, Trello) and analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and rapid iteration practices.
  • Exposure to or interest in AI technologies — especially LLMs and their business applications.
