Norton Rose Fulbright’s Projects Team is seeking exceptional LLM graduate students to join our firm as Law Clerks for a period of up to one (1) year. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-caliber transactional matters and gain exposure to global corporate and projects-focused legal work.

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position in the New York City and Washington D.C. markets is expected to range between $190,000 - $225,000. This represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in New York City and Washington D.C. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.  

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience as a finance transactional attorney, with a strong preference for a candidate who specializes in project finance-focused legal work in energy and infrastructure.
• No less than 3 years of experience as an admitted attorney at a reputable law firm in her/his home country.
• Fluent Spanish language skills required. Portuguese language skills a bonus. 
• Strong academic credentials.
