About Your Role Your role as Project Manager at Annalise.ai will see you lead and inspire our project teams to bring truly innovativetechnology to the lives of millions of patients. As a key team member in our product development team, this role will see you foster strong personal relationship across the global organisation with very talented team members, including software developers, systems engineers, regulatory managers, test engineers, clinicians, and product management to deliver comprehensive AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and share project plans with all cross functional team members to enable a highly effective team working to a common goal,
Develop project financial plans and manage the project expenditure in close collaboration with finance teams,
Coordinate technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment and delivery of project activities to achieve project success,
Lead, support, and influence a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally,
Proactively identify project risks, implement controls and appropriately, escalate visibility where risks may result in significant impact on the project,
Resolve blockers for the team as they arise to support our high performing teams, and
Responsible for ensuring that the product is developed in accordance with Annalise quality management systems and project regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications | Aptitudes | Experience
5 Years’ experience in an agile environment building software solutions,
Experience working in medical device product development,
Demonstrated experience in product development, project management, and team leadership,
High Level communication and negotiations skills with a strong ability to build successful relationships across a broad range of stakeholders,
Technical fluency, with the ability to understand and clearly articulate to both technical and non-technical team members, and
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in projects with high levels of ambiguity and complexity.
