Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Program Specialist to join our Program Management practice. As a Program Specialist in R&D and Products, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring the seamless execution of quarterly plans. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to track deliverables, enable cross-functional collaboration, and build data-driven dashboards to ensure visibility and alignment. This role requires a practical, action-oriented mindset with strong technical and operational expertise. 

Responsibilities:

Cross-Engineering & Product Operations

  • Support the development and optimization of operational workflows to enhance team efficiency 
  • Work closely with R&D and Product teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment 
  • Support team members by gathering required data, creating process maps, or assisting with system configurations 
  • Facilitate daily and weekly check-ins to address challenges and maintain momentum 

Delivery Tracking 

  • Create and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into delivery status, milestones and monitor KPIs 
  • Work directly with raw data to analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and highlight improvement areas 
  • Use data to produce actionable reports and provide insights for decision-making at every level 
  • Prepare concise, data-backed reports to update leadership and stakeholders  

Enablement & Execution 

  • Support the implementation of Q plans, coordinating across teams to resolve dependencies and blockers 
  • Develop tools, templates, and documentation to support program delivery and improve team workflows 
  • Roll up your sleeves to manage project deliverables, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth handoffs between teams 
  • Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to meet project deadlines 

Operational Problem-Solving 

  • Dive into operational challenges to troubleshoot issues and implement quick, effective solutions 
  • Maintain and optimize project tools, templates, and documentation for consistent and efficient execution 
  • Ensure clear and structured workflows, identifying and fixing process gaps as they arise 

In order to be great at this job, you’ll need:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field 
  • Up to 2 years of experience in program coordination, project management or operational roles 
  • Hands-on experience with advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, macros, and formulas) 
  • Experience with Jira  
  • Strong technical orientation and analytical skills coupled with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities 
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
