Position Summary
Under the Direction of program and education leadership, the Program Manager provides support, strategic direction and oversight to The Institute for Informatics, Data Science, and Biostatistics (I2DB) education programs through the assessment of data, management of student activities, and community engagement.

Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Under the oversight of the Director and Associate Director, manages projects related to student assessment and engagement from inception to completion.
- Utilizes assessment data to design and implement various initiatives to support strategic planning and drive continuous improvement.
- Leads onboarding process for new students, including the execution of Orientation and Welcome Sessions for all programs.
- Collaborates with the Marketing and Recruitment Manager to organize Resource Fairs and provides comprehensive information about campus resources, policies, and academic expectations.
- Monitors and manages onboarding tasks including the collection and processing of official transcripts, headshots, and student IDs.
- Assists the Office of International Student Services (OISS) with the processing of I-20 forms and other related documentation.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive resources and guides for students including the student handbook, course offerings, and the Bulletin.
- Manages the I2DB Scholar Resources platform in Canvas.
- May oversee students’ academic progress in designated programs.
- In collaboration with Associate Director and Manager of Marketing and Recruitment, serves as a liaison with key campus, alumni, and community partners to identify opportunities for collaboration/relationship building.
- Maintains alumni database.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range
$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
